Synchrony Surgical is our product name, and “we” in these terms always means AxS Healthcare, Inc. rather than the product. By using the website, you agree to these terms. These terms cover the website only. They do not govern any demo, assessment, or use of the Synchrony Surgical product. Those are covered by a separate written agreement described below.

You may use this website for its intended purpose: learning about Synchrony Surgical and requesting a demo. Please do not send us patient information through this website. Nothing on this site is intended to receive protected health information as HIPAA defines it, and the demo request form asks only for your name, your work email address, and the organization you work at.
